well 1st of all...

MONEY is not power ... Money is leverage (it has no power until it is used WISELY) ... I think thus far PTSC has done that (if we get the ruling)

so in keeping my philosophy ... Money is a lot like electrons - if it is not moving, than you have no power.

selling licenses is like - staying with the energy theme - a power surge, and who would build a company on inconsistencies like that? Who would invest? shorts, thats who ... and when you get the right shorts to invest in your stock - it goes up ... then down. and that is what we are seeing with PTSC.

there are only 2 ways to avoid this ... (MOVE THE MONEY) sell or create. I like selling if the right deal were to come along - and this BOD seem to find good deals.  IMHO.
