I knew someone would come up with this, sooner or later.

It reads like it's not so much the design..(who cares if the whole system is on one chip) but the performance rating given to the processor and its' ability to operate at that rating full time...regardless of atmospheric conditions.
If it can't ....it's no different than prior art.
