For the claims since this is more a matter of law/and techinical interpretation it seems a patent lawyer and technical expert would be able to digest this info and come up with answer for cliams...... I realize the judge may come up with somthing totally different... but in theory they should match... My assumption is companies have already done this... Do you think many companies have done this?? If so do they share this info?? my other comment is that the stock price would reflect this... but it has not.....
