TPL vs Fujitsu Limited et al.

I just thought of something. Each and everytime Judge Ward looks at the TPL vs Fujitsu Limited et al. , he is reminded that there are no Fuji defendents in his court anymore......they settled !

I know it is not suposed to matter , but I bet it does (a little ).

I liked Mr.Despain's rebutal of the issues, very short and to the point, very believable !
