I'm admittedly not astute enough to recognize that this stock is being accumulated. I only see a (big) seller.

There are some extremely low volume days where hardly anyone is buying or selling. When the volume picks up due to a PR - i.e. Nokia, SONY - the seller immediately comes in and starts dumping in a big way - to, I presume, retail investors.

If we had a series of 5-10 Million volume days with lots of buying and selling (without any PR announcements), then I would recognize that there is an accumulator.
