I actually have more questions than answers.

Regarding who would benefit the most by the share price being in this range, the first entity i can think of is ptsc itself. By setting a limit of 2 million, PTSC has the option of either slowing the bleeding by purchasing 2 million warrants per month or spending less money to purchase shares on the open market. However they have only purchased about 10 million in shares while the amount of warrants sold exceeds that by a large amount. I believe though the agreement in Feb was made with the above notion. Maybe they didn't receive as much money as they expected from the licenses.

What confuses me is that why Pohl was so confused as to why the price is as low as it is now? If there is indeed someone known who is accumulating then surely the price can be controlled to be stable at much higher levels. Since pohl is aware that warrants are being sold then duh, its common sense why the share price is lower. Millions and millions of shares are being sold. If anything he should be puzzled why it isn't lower. If he is indeed truthfully puzzled then it can only mean that the millions of other warrants that were sold were purchased by retail shareholders or some other unknown entity, trying to purchase cheap shares and unwilling to drive the share price higher.

If a known 3rd party or parties are indeed accumulating shares, then it makes sense that the share price is lower so that they can purchase more shares for less money. But if that is the case why even tell the shareholders that the low share price is puzzling? Thats what I don't get.

However I do agree that with all these warrants sold, someone is indeed accumulating. That has to be good.
