Definitely a good question that I asked myself a lot of times. The only conclusion I can come to is whatever entity is purchasing shares is doing so because it thinks the shares are valuable, which inherently means good news for us. Just the fact that Pohl was suprised at the low share price has to mean that someone they know is actively purchasing shares, maybe not all the shares but perhaps a very good portion of it. Why else would he be suprised? I'm not that experienced a trader to know if an entity is purchasing a certain amount of shares in order to control the company and screw all the shareholders though I imagine that is another possibility. Though if that were the case then I'm sure PTSC would be aware of it and pohl and all his minions would be unloading shares while they can. One could hardly purchase 10's of millions of shares and go unnoticed, or could they?
This is like the "Lost" tv series. Nothing seems to make perfect sense, at least to me. One thing for sure. At the end of this ordeal I would know a lot more about the stock market and patent law than i did before.
