Yes, It's been difficult (but not impossible) getting shares, even at .54 and .535... I had a few 20K orders over the last week that took @ 1 hour each to get filled, and that was at the ask.

I suspect the farther they have drop it, the more difficult it will become for retail to snatch anything. I suspect S&L just doesn't want to "dump" per se, they want to get good prices, hence the continued effort over on the RB board ;-)...

But time is ticking away....
