I am still trying to understand as well as I can with virtually no technical background whatsoever but just noticing the indepth descriptions of how and why of Dr. Despaines brief and then finding the corresponding info/rebuttal of Gafford and I can't help but feel Despaines is more accurate and credible, a body language in the words if you will, nothing more since as noted above I have no expertise in this area. It's good to hear your EE guy agrees.
