And... Swartz has already pocketed millions.. If Swartz is indeed accumulating shares.. getting the warrants gone, making everything look spic & span for bigtime investors, has had/has extreme confidence in TTC & Markman (why wouldn't he this last yr plus?).. it would not cost him anything to change these warrants to shares.. he wouldn't be laying out tens of million $ in order to do this... I would think it would be very close to a wash for him... and he has no more exposure than if he just held on to the warrants...
