Yes this financing problem is not company specific and happens all the time to companies listed on the pinks and BB's. The difference is TPL is making money for us and could be making a whole lot more if the patents hold up in court. As someone else previously mentioned on this board it looks like Swartz underestimated how well TPL would perform and IMO since has been making some meager attempts to turn this ship around. I have to fully agree with you on your comments regarding bad management and hope that some of ours can put their egos and greed aside and do what's right for this companies success.
