PTSC's future and outcome of markman

Regarding why would anyone buy large amounts of ptsc stock when trial outcome is in doubt, didn't one of the leckrones say that despite the outcome of the trial, ptsc would continue to be a viable company? I
ll admit that it doesn't make much sense but i remember more than one person posting that information.
