I don't know if there is one person accumulating a bunch of stocks. If there is then they either really believe in the potential of the company/stock or just taking a really big risk.

To be honest I don't care if there is one person gobbling up a bunch of the stock. As long as the share price goes up I don't care.

I don't know if the stock will go up or down or even do nothing when the Markman verdict comes out. To me it seems like there are so many variables/unknowns for me to make a prediction(hard to make one when you are on the outside looking in).
