I'd think it much more likely that we hear from Judge Ward by NLT 5/25/07. I'd think a reasonable person would want his instant effort completed before having his attention diverted for a week. Also, claim to fame: "Rocket Docket"; they aren't known to dilly-dally, but more "take care of business" kinds of folks.
