I think apatentlawyer may have ulterior motives as well but this is what I'm trying to understand. Why even attempt damage control on a ptsc board? What would any level of damage control do on a ptsc board other than maybe drive down the price of ptsc stock. Does judge ware actually read the ptsc board? If it is damage control then it is to only prevent the share price from going higher which, i'm to bring this up again, supports the accumulation theory by one or more entities. Damage control cannot help the defendents get a better ruling from judge ward.
