I don't know for sure.

I do know that someone asked Pohl at the SHM if putting his clients retirement money in to PTSC would be a good idea for future returns on money.

With a definitive win at the Markman I believe we are  sitting on a Cash Cow. Pohl has already mentioned paying out dividends every six months should we be in a sound financial position to do that.

With the patents NOT expiring for another  8 years and  PTSC still having a 6 year "look back" at infringers at that time......we could  conceivably see "income" from our portfolio for another 10 years from now.

So with dividends every 6 months (at what amount?) one could realize a very nice return on investment.

All my opinion mixed with what we do know.
