I have been one to state the opinion that an unkown, but probably large, % of those 18 mil warrants were not vested, and therefore not convertable.. I have attemptred to find any info regarding this.. I believe I may be mistaken, and am begining to believe that warrants do not need to vest, as options do, inorder to be converted...  If this is true, it is possible that Swartz will continue to sell into any news or just plain sell to be rid of the warrants and pocket as much profit as possible pre Markman ruling.  I do not know if there is an accumulator or not..  IMO there probably isn't.. I would guess/hope PTSC is buying back at these prices.

How many warrants are left to convert?  I do not know, my best guess is well over 10 mil yet..
