it is obvious that apl is working very had to get longs to sell and/or to support some adversary (we don't know which one yet) possibly a future infringer that wants to hedge their bets in some way. Or apl et. al. are so desperate, they come to this board to find some inner secret we may disclose that they hope will assist them in some way - this all give me extra confidence and by looking at the current pps - this stock is even more attractive.

otc - you hit it on the head - apl is caught and sometimes it takes awhile to get solid proof on a clever attorney - job well done.

best of all this re-confirms our investment, in that, why would he be here if his bosses were not in a panic?
