Let's hope the reversal happens while we're still in the $.40's... S&L continue to dump more than are bought.  There really ought to be a law... I'm looking for a low of $.42, hope we hold.  If not, G-d only knows where the bottom will be.  It's all up to the honerable Judge Ward now.
