I did post the short list here awhile ago!!!..... Naked shorting does get measured it is illegal and some of this occurs on multole list stocks (ie Frankfurt).... I actually asked about the naked shorting issue..... PTSC sent out a PR asking to be delisted from frankfurt ... it never happened.... I search for legislation or other attempts to stop naked shorting all I could find was dated amterial......

Agreed I di not have the greatest DD  skill but I could find nothing on this item......
