Having the group "pledges" and to just do nothing with them doesn't pass the sniff test.

He did do 'something' with them... he let Mr Pohl and the BOD know that shareholders to the minimum tune of 50 mil shares are not happy with how things have been progressing.  Now just what did you expect him to do with those 'pledges'... or what do you think it is he may yet do?
