Hi DDiligen, excellent post with a stunning logic. I hope, you receive a proper and fair answer from the board, because I think, you brought some reasonable and worth discussing points. I.e. why could our shareholder representative react in between minutes, as he was attacked, but didn't react the whole time while a lot of people got more and more worried about the non-action of the BOD and thus wanted to unify their questions in the form of a shareletter? I disagree with you just in one point: I wouldn't insist, that a sharecount was made for the purpose you are thinking of - it's simply a kind of "grassroot" behaviour (I hope this is understandable) to give more weight to the message. But while nobody (and I'm sure Ron as well) in this moment thought about this as a job a shareholder representative could/should do, the shareholder representantive himself - assuming he is following this board, something he should, because it's without a doubt, the most important and valuable messaging board worldwide, plus giving the best insight about the sentiments of the "little" shareholders - should have raised his hand and taken over this job. I think, it would help all, who have no personal relationship to Biajj or know him from his attendance at the messaging boards years ago, to get to know, what he's doing as a shareholder representative. This would avoid uncertainties or wrong insinuations. No offence to Biajj (or Ron), just an interesting topic, we can discuss, while nothing else happens with Patriot...;-)) Have a wonderful holiday!
