You used the term 'shareholder representative' in refering to Brian 4 times in your post.. the gist of my post referencing Ron's was that Brian is not the 'shareholder representative'... he is a member of the Advisory Board..  Perhaps this is semantics, but used in conjunction with the first few lines of your post, you are giving DDil much more credit than he IMO deserves (much more).. and helping to bouy & further his agenda
