Thank you. This is exactly what my thoughts are in regard to "why" Mr. Cook chose to NOT answer the Judges question. The expert testimony given by Alvin Despain was given for a Reason.......He's An Expert! duh! Just looking at Mr. Despain's credentials and "backround" put a big smile on my face.

There's another story that I heard about someone walking in to a 3rd grade class and seeing what appeared to be dozens of Chagal paintings on the walls. When this person questioned the 3rd grade teacher as to "who" the amazing painter was, she responded "The kids in my class did the paintings" He was dumb founded by this and asked, "How could a bunch of 3rd graders Create Art this magnificent?"

She responded, "I tell them When to STOP"
