Don't forget thats shareholder accounts not shareholders. The actual number of individual shareholders will  be smaller since there will be some individuals that hold  PTSC in multiple accounts.

Still that is good since it implies a 45% increase in the number of shareholders. Unfortunately the amount of outstanding shares increased by about 35% in the same amount of time.
