Ttccrr:

I've thought about that question a lot ever since the SHM.  IMO, the BOD has had plenty of time to give the vote counts.  Five years ago at a SHM, the BOD announced the vote tallies during the middle of the SHM (For those longs in attendance, that was the year there was a write-in campaign to put Brian on the Board ).  Results were not even close.

Granted, today there are more proxies out there.  But plenty of time has elapsed for the BOD to announce the results for 2007 by now.  I really believe, there wwas a significant vote against various memembers of the Board up for re-election.  The BOD may be embarrassed to give the vote totals, esp. the NO votes.

See below for my comments at the time of the SHM, which I previously posted for everyone.

Agenda Activity

Pohl called the SHM to attention and to conduct company business.  He introduced Sweeney – PTSC CFO, who briefed the crowd on the 2006 financials.  It was then announced 325M out of 379M proxies were received or 86%.  By a show of hands, both measures on the agenda – Ratify selection of new PTSC Auditors and re-election of BOD directors were voted on and approved by a show of hands.  Unbelievable!!!!!...No mention was made of the individual share vote of each of the current BOD members.  Hopefully, this will be provided later.
