I think your assessment is good.  we just need to be patient and wait.  it is hard to wait....but the share price is not in free fall.  be patient and lets hope judge ward is favorable in his ruling.  it is patience and firmness is ones convictions that will prevail....be long and strong, the payoff will be (IMO) worth the risk with any postive news.
