Any thoughts on the "584? I have read that section several times and am unable to get a feeling for which way Ward is leaning. Cook makes his argument in closing and is constantly refering to his slides or docs so you can't see exactly what he is saying. This is the biggie to me as I want ARM's clients to license the portfolio.

I still believe we nailed the "148. Seems to me one could compare calculating the "Surface Area" of a chip to the "Square Footage" of a house. We are asking that the "Surface Area" only include the useable area of the chip, and when calculating "Square Footage" of a home, one only includes the square footage of the living area, and does not include the garage.All IMO.
