There was a small blurb in Gourmet magazine about Jocko's a few years back. For some reason I remembered that article, so when I found myself in Sideways land a couple of years ago I went and was not disappointed.

I say this as someone who loves his steak. For example when I lived in Rivfer North (Chicago) I was within walking distance of some of the great steakhouses in the country. Gibson's, Gene and Georgetti's, Sullivans. Ruth Chris, Smith and Wollensky. And the Chophouse (never been)

None measures up to Jocko's.
