Hear Hear.  As I mentioned shortly after the announcement...

"Anounce the new CEO, then pump out a couple big name big money deals immediately before the Markman decision.  That might move the price.  Go Turley, Come on Ward.... Show me the money."

I would expect some news to follow that will smooth this transition for Turley.   As far as Turley being a good or bad decision... I say its neither.  In fact, its almost like a place holder that should be non offensive to anybody.  Later, another will take the reins from him once were past Markman and trial.
