Not to knock Turley at all, but I tend to agree that finding a suitable pre-Markman CEO from outside the company would have been extremely difficult. But DP and BOD would have known that, so why the ploy? Why not just announce Turley at same time as DP's announcemnt?  I'm a bit lost on that. The only thing that comes to mind is differing ideas between DP, BOD and S&L on what kind of leadership is needed, leading to the only one they could all agree on.  IMHO Opty
