Your "accumulation theory" doesn't hold water and neither does your claim that the BOD sold shares during the run-up. I hope you know what you are talking about with this BOD removal thing.

Who is going to replace them? Your power buddies in the know that will help you get the current BOD removed? Not with my vote.

By the way, it isn't the BOD's job to run the company. That is the CEO's job. Now that we have a new CEO, why don't we see where he wants to lead the company before we try to hamstring him with a new board of directors.
