I think the fact that we were able to get anyone to be CEO prior to the Judge's ruling re: The Markman speaks volumes to what our chances of that ruling being favorable to PTSC.

Think about it. Who in their right mind would take the reins of a public company with their only revenue stream eliminated before they can even get started?

I believe even Turley being an insider would hold off on a formal decision until after the ruling.............unless??????
