Post Markman fact:  Assuming we don't get an out-n-out win and end up going to trial, a jury of Texans will consider a bunch of "forners" probably using tech developed by a couple of American companies, one named "Patriot".  Simplistic, but "real", and a fact that won't go over their heads (possibly the only one, and I don't mean to demean our friends in Texas, as how many here can grasp this chit?).
