I am not a lawyer and don't understand the time sequence listed on the PACER. Could this mean that Judge Ward has until August 4 to make a ruling?

R. Civ. P. 6(3), in which to serve and file a response and any supporting documents, after which the court will consider the submitted motion for decision. Designate Final Invalidity Contentions if warranted under P.R. 3-6(b).
