ron i do agree with what you said...but do consider the reason we are in a "wait mode" predicament is because the BOD failed to initiate any business activity to grow the company. the bod is responsible for dumping the treasury. it is hard to watch the price errode daily. there are those out there that believe the BOD is busy working away at deals to grow this company.....when they have yet to accomplish anything in all the years of the companies existence. they dont even live close proximity to the empty office space we pay monthly rent on. we should be upset with our BOD. their master plan is to do nothing and wait for tpl and the markman. it is not the posts on this board that will drive this lower but the dormant BOD. It is their actions, not our words that the market is waiting on. with our lackluster bod the markman may not do much for us. TPL has invested the MMP income and if we done nothing with ours.
