Say TPL and PTSC get's worried about what congress is going to do, would the suits in progress be beyond the new laws or can they put them expo facto against current litagation? ..............Could TPL file a single lawsuit against 500 companies all at once next week to ward off the results of "what if" ? Or file 500 different suits in 500 days?

Would that work? ..........forget the fact of it being way to much for one markman and one trail. Just would it work to ward off the new "what if  laws" and if so, would we not at least file some big ones in a hurry? And what would judge Ward think of 500 suits in a row...LOL

Just a wild thought.
