The current BOD own millions of shares.  We scream and yell when the share price drops a few pennies.  How much more damage is done to the bod's holdings when the sp declines?   By your own "greed" argument, it makes no sense that the bod would actively try to reduce the sp.

In my opinion, you and tcr should stick to trading.
