Question about ownership ....

First, thanks to all discussion contributors re issues surrounding PTSC. No question for me that expertise here assists all investors, is educational for both "rookies" and veterans, and is monitored by PTSC. Most useful to me are 1) reasoned arguments based on facts, and 2) judgments based on "whatever" by those with differing expertise/experience levels than mine. So special thanks to tcr, ron, sge, bul, and others who have created a long-running, and I think, productive, dialogue. That it occasionally deteriorates into trifiling ad hominem barbs or banal chatter just proves we are all human, and that waiting on Judge W is dang tough.
I read the board in attempting to distill useful truths from one impressively HUGE body of facts, possible facts, rumor (just try reading ALL public SEC fillings, company communications, litigation documents/background, science, etc.) for one main purpose: can I develop an edge as to buy?, or sell? (disclosure: I am long 1% of my total portfolio, underwater by about 15 cents). A secondary purpose is intellectual curiosity ... this stock is interesting, and posters on this board are interesting. I have learned a lot here.
We have seen considerable discussion of Board composition recently and whether or not the current BOD is, or is not, doing best job possible. IMHO, of course they aren't; they are human, they have hard decisions to make, and they have a demanding minority owner/backer. Board composition is always useful dialogue to have. But blue-chip BOD can screw it up as bad, or worse, than ordinary Joes (think HP). Main thing is: ARE THEY HONEST? I think PTSC's Board are reasonably so, or I would not have money in it. Can they, and Turley, grow in their roles? I think they can. Just look at how Steve Jobs has grown. But this leads to my question re ownership.
We know S/L owns around 10% of float, and presumably ron's list around 13%. But that leaves ownership of 77% of float (or over 300,000,000 shares) unaccounted for. Who owns them? Retail? A non-disclosed, but coordinated group of eleven 4.99% owners (non-S/L )?
Finally, what the devil does "EOM" mean in poster shorthand?
Again thanks to all. Keep up the good work.
