Who knows?? The Judge has had the info at hand for awhile now and I am sure that he has gone through it with a fine tooth comb. The fact that they are now allowing the amended PICs is an important move in my opinion. To me, it says that Ward wants to see the whole picture before making his decision--and that is the way it should be. Not sure how much longer it will take, but I am happy that he is looking at everything. We know that we are still in the running. Just wish we could hear of some upgrades like ARM did this AM.
