Whatever was added between Dec and March 26th didn't make it I guess. If we are successful I imagine the asking damages will cover what was missed.
PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE LENGTHY EXHIBIT 17 ON CD-ROM
Plaintiffs Technology Properties, Ltd. and Patriot Scientific Corporation (collectively "Plaintiffs") filed their Motion for Leave to File Amended Preliminary Infringement Contentions on March 26, 2007. Exhibit 17 to the Declaration of Roger L. Cook supporting that motion consists of claim charts for parts accused of infringing the patents-in-suit. The charts are collectively over one gigabyte in size. Divided into sections that meet the length requirements of the e-filing system, they are in 442 parts. Plaintiffs request leave to file Exhibit 17 on CD-ROMs instead of through the e-filing system. Plaintiffs believe that it will be more convenient for the Court to work from CDs rather than downloading and putting together 442 sections.
