Agreed,....easy to get caught up in the possibilities, but the enthusiasm needs to be reeled in. They say that if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Don`t want to be negative, just highly cautious.
A comedown could arrive VERY easily and we need to be prepared - That`s when I`d be looking for a bartender.
