Jim, you realize that you have inherited a dysfunctional Agoracom Board that in many ways cares as much about your success as you do. We want to see you climb the highest mountain (stay away from the racecars), dah, da, da, da, dah. This board, unlike our excellent BOD wastes a lot of time trying to figure out the unfigurable but has a great time doing it. Many posts make one laugh hysterically or cry from the depth of the deepest darkness. Larscot is aware of many fun sites to visit and greeneyes always has a friendly darling or FU depending on who she is answering. Rosewood is more provacative yet sinister (what?), Tcccr is angry, amiable, paranoid, bipolar, entertaining, vindictive, angry again and has openly discussed getting Tony Soprano to kill all members of the BOD as well as a few of us (we're terrified) and of course the expert lawyer RonRan who is probably correct significantly more than he is wrong who is extremely serious, businesslike, and not someone who likes to be messed with. There are other numerous personna, to difficult to enumerate here that provide meaningful posts unlike this one especially Wolfpackvolt, Mr. Pacer, a concerned, focused investor that is admired by everyone for his thoughtful provisions to the other lawyers et al that get something out of the legaleze (don't count on me for any constructive advice, all I do is buy shares and ask dumb questions).
