Disagree- G is word for word in favor of plaintiff (TPL)
J is saying neither plaintiff nor defendant had "best" interpetations. Judge decided to declare varying together to mean proportionally rather than "both increase or both decrease" versus increase / decrease by the same amount. Call that one even.
That changes the scorecard considerably. Otherwise don't disagree.
