No offense, but please do not comment if you are not sure of the rulling. In your first post you are keeping a scorecard for TPL vs. ARM over the "336, and ARM isn't being sued over the "336, they are being sued for the "584. This is an important subject that can make or break us...please post responsibly! I am not sure if I even agree with your take on most of the items you have posted, and certainly will not post an opinion until I have read it several times, and even than  won't post my opinion unless I am absolutely sure. Stop letting your emotions get the best of you! Think before you post!
