Thanks Lars, as always, very good analysis. “J’ is tough to figure out. IMO, question is, does “Proportionally” mean linear? If it does, than we lost the claim IMO, because the relationship between the Microprocessor and Clock is non-linear as a result of outside variables like “heat”, “resistance”, etc. JMVHO on this claim. Even though I feel that we may have lost this claim, I feel that we fared well on the “336 as a whole, fared extremely well on the “148, and broke even or maybe 60/40 for us on the “584. Maybe we will see some settlements shortly, with ARM taking this all the way, which is what many including myself have speculated for sometime now. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
