Had a busy day today... Went up river this morning and swung big black flies for hatchery Kings.. Hatchery is about two river bends up.. that's where everyone combat fishes.. I much prefer spending the day alone in this hole that swings the fly perfectly.. 


Nothing today, but landed a nice little 12 lber this last Monday.. little garlic salt, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce & a hot grill... Only Sockeye is better. 

Got home just long enough to read the Markman ruling had been posted.. then off to 'my 5 yr olds graduation from preschool...  graduation.. from preschool... ??  Oh well, it was fun.. took my mind off the M ruling.. I still have not had a chance to read thru it... not sure I would be able to interpret it anyway.  Just read Larry's take and Ease and his father's..  and am cautiously optomistic, but.. 'what SGE says'.  Thanks for emailing me the ruling.. I'm not sure I'll read thru it tonite or not.

Request for Summary Judgement(s) will be very telling.. perhaps this coming week....
