Even a lay person can tell that if a trial is held and a jury is given the RULING by judge WARD, they shall rule for PTSC. The only issue facing them would be HOW MUCH?...

As I recall there were some Conferences set by the Court for September. It is clear that there shall be some more settlements between now and then...

Every which way you talk about it this is the BIG "W" we have been waiting for the past 5 years...
