Getting a judge to side with us on part or most although not all patent points would say to me J2.5 + ARM are infingers plain and simple.

Assuming we do not go to trial (which I guess would create the same lead up apprehension as the MH knowing the jury may surprise us), but settle with infringers, would the amount of the settlement be based on the value of the key points regarding each patent? Is that what I'm reading?   

As far as SP, we have many infringers according to Judge so SP should jump. How much? Well, assuming 100 infringers at $10 million a pop, that's $1B income when divided by 390M shares is almost $3 from a simple perspective. Thinking fees will get higher and the number of infringers is more, I can see SP doubling easy.

Not sure if I'm missing an events that can sidetrack PTSC so any thoughts or feedback are appreciated.
