Expert I am not, but just wanted to say thanks Ease for all of your contributions on this subject. FWIW, I agree with everything you, SGE, Lars, Deb have shared so far, and greatly appreciate your friends input. Right now we can bet that the legal teams are working hard to figure out how to play the hand that Ward just dealt. As one poster stated, "we are ahead on the flop", now the question is will they fold, or will they continue to throw chips into the pot and hope for a suck out on the river? I feel good about the rulling so far, but it isn't over yet. Let's hope we file some strong MSJ's and at least the J2 fold and give us their chips, than we focus on NEC America and ARM. Of course I am fine if they want to settle as well, I just have a gut feeling they are going to take this all the way. AMVHO Have a great weekend everyone.
